Description:
The baking plate is made of  high-quality steel plate and a non-stick coating. The non-stick coating prevents excessive sticking of the products and can therefore be cleaned more easily. The perforated base ensues an optimal heat distribution and therefore facilitates even baking. Additionally it gives the dish a deliciously crisp base.

The baking plate is suitable for the preparation of a multitude of fruit tarts as well as quiches and much more.

Use:
Clean the baking plate with water before its first use. Only touch the accessory with barbecue safety mitts during use on the barbecue.

When hot do not put the baking plate on flammable of heat sensitive surfaces.

Always use the baking plate in the following position:
large funnel: Normalposition
cooking grid: insert and put baking plate on grid
lid: closed

Cleaning:

Leave the baking plate to cool down

Use a cleaning cloth and soapy water or OUTDOORCHEF BBQ Cleaner for a thorough clearing (do not use a brush for cleaning)
